1. SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We provide a 100% money back  guarantee on all of the merchandise on our website. Please understand that merchandise are shipped directly from third party warehouses. We make every attempt to only work with accredited and licensed warehouses, however if in case you think the merchandise  you received may not be authentic, we simply ask that you return them to us for a full refund.  All merchandise are shipped either  via USPS,  EMS, CANADAPOST, depending on location.

After payment is received, there is a 24-72 hours processing period. After payment is processed, you will have your products within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends or Holidays). Some orders may take longer due to situations beyond our control.  All buyers are responsible for customs  charges.  kickinair.com is not responsible for any duty and tax charged by customs.

We DO NOT ship to  APO /FPO address(Please use your residential address instead) .

Shoes are not available for local pick up!

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchanges must be informed  within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, or you will not qualify for an exchange.

Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was  mistake made by us. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.

A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance, It May Not Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. kickinair.com Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF WE SENT YOU THE CORRECT PRODUCTS!!!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER DECIDES THEY NO LONGER WANT A PAIR OF SHOES, OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER HAS PICKED THE WRONG SHOES OR BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER THOUGHT THEY WOULD LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.

3. RETURN POLICY

You may return products under  as same condition and policy  as  that of exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same method  as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a $10 processing fee. Exchanges are completely free of charge, However we are not responsible for shipping costs.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS!
